I believe they have been able to last another 2 quarters because the Directors are taking shares for the next 6 months - otherwise, they would be looking to do a CR in the coming weeks.
Either way, a CR is around the corner - IMO could be an opportunity for holders to exit with at least the shirt on their back.
If - and its a HUGE if - this project ever gets a look-in it will take much more funds than what they currently have...
