Accrual of Director Wages
As of the June Quarter, Singular Health’s Board of Directors, including the Interim Managing
Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Denning Chong, have agreed to accrue their
Director fees to preserve working capital and provide additional runway whilst the Company
scales revenue generation and progresses large scale commercial contracts for the 3Dicom
software.
