Got to say. Doing a CR for 300K from investors and then paying executives and directors 230K in the same quarter does not look good. One of my rules for investing is when something smells fishy or overly complicated, just walk away. More explanation in the 4C around this would have been fitting I believe.
And sales for the last quarter of 1022K dropped to 761K. Down by 260K. That is quite alot. Explanation ?
