Imagine if instead operational cashflow was 1000 (ie: 1 million) and not 266. They would be even worse position if they divide 4.2 million by positive 1 million.
So to me it does not make sense what they did even though each quarter can be variable.
It seems they did the report in autopilot from the previous corresponding period without rechecking the figures.
