Entering DD is a BFD IMO. I've been involved with commercial finance for years and there has to be some pretty gruesome skeletons in the closet for deal of this nature not to reach close from this point. While its always possible, its highly improbable.
Additionally, with 35 months of estimated funding available and earnings starting to ramp from 18 months from now I'd say this is a good announcement (I expected worse). Customer prepayment within the next 24 months is also probable based on the Company's past comments.
Also, we know we are in bed with the three circled below plus 'others' - likely tier 1 OEMs. I'm looking forward to some big announcements coming up.
