I don't understand this.
What I can see is that they reduced staff cost from 6.3 to 2.8m and got $30m convertible at $1.6 per share (and etc... 4% discount coupons, etc...)
But the main points are cash is up to $99m, which shows they can get pumped more if required to get the grant.
So this should be good news??? Please advise if I missed anything.
