Totally agree Burty. That DD announcement was absolutely paramount, especially when taken in the context of other choice sentences including but not limited to "Our discussions have continued with the DOE for the ability to utilize both theMESC Grant and LPO Loan to aid in the funding of our overall growth plans".
The convertible notes are really damn similar (for the crucial next 4 years at least) to customer prepayment. LGES did also commit to buy a tiny bit (1 billion AUD) of anode too. Not exactly something you'd just sign up to for the lols.
Great quarterly imo. Could very plausibly be seeing conditional commitment before the next quarterly.
