How about instead of sensationalist statements you provide some analysis and insights into why you think that is a problem.
Labour is an expensive part of business.
They are ramping and building out a skilled workforce. Why is this surprising or concerning?
I would guarantee that the BOD are smarter than you and understand the business cost and modelling in far greater detail. It not like they are going to turn around and go 'well that's it, out of cash, really shouldn't have paid our staff'.
