NET does not want transparency. It is easy to see. NET's overpaid management would need to be accountable and explain where EXACTLY is all the money that is being lost going.
Questions like: Are there any related party transactions?
What was the basis for all the promises?
Who are the key lenders?
How were interest rates on loans obtained negotiated and so forth.
