Good points.
Not having details (I haven't looked closely either), $1b in the pipeline sounds like large companies taking up positions at lower price commitment, and perhaps no time frame restrictions to buy. That is a pessimistic view perhaps.
On the other hand, if CBR has any committed orders to announce (wishful thinking?) then that is another matter altogether.
Wonder how the listing is progressing?
