As the receipts only include one month of Vampr revs, does that mean the current Vampr revs per qtr are approx $180k or so? Does that also mean our annualised revenues are now nearly $1m?
It looks like the Vampr division is nearly cashflow Breakeven alone excluding one off costs during the initial integration (I assume legal fees etc). We could probably deep dive further here to see what's changed since the acquisition was first announced.
If we strip out one off costs and add back half the marketing costs, the burn was approx $650k for the qtr which is respectable and it sounds like it'll reduce further as they have identified further synergies between the different streams.
