    Convertible notes to make tangible progress or acquisitions, yes.

    CNs to keep the lights on at the myriad office facilities, and pay exorbitant wages? No.

    Last Quarter it was the annual lump sump dropping which made the numbers look healthy. This time, the CN facility.

    If they don't slash the gratuitous cash burn there won't be a listed company for much longer.
