market depth isn't that relevant here. Solid revenue sales increases would be tangible benefits. Until then the company so far hasn't moved much revenue wise to their growth a yr or so ago... hence the sp. Without a material uptick in revenue relative to costs they're just burning cash and issuing free shares to insiders.
