Looks like you answered your own question Sir Bob, management are not concerned about EM nor rumours or scepticism. They know about the EM patents and would address them directly and behind the scenes if they did have any concerns.
All the rest is just nervous chit chat while we wait for the (IMO) inevitable positive outcome due whenever it's due, we just have to sit back and get on with things till we receive the next update. Everyone just chillax and as I say buy now while the price is at a level you can reminisce about with your mates one day!
