If directors are serious about getting the ASX to lift the suspension that the directors themselves engineered, they'll have early opportunities to update shareholders.

They're due to publish the annual report before the end of this month.

They're due to publish the September quarter results at the end of October.

And finally, at the end of November, they're due to hold the annual meeting.

Will they explain at the meeting why they chose to disenfranchise fellow shareholders?
