IMO this 4C is a non-event with $1.8M collected in July. Being a small fish and invoicing big slow fish often times timing isn't ideal, but we already knew that. So $$$ collection challenges remain. Friday's annoucement though is a game changer and I'm hoping SP dips for a top up in the low teens.
