    it is obvious he was forced out as a director due to his poor performance over the years

    last year he disclosed to the market the company is making $4.1m ARR

    what a misleading representation - an an outright lie

    without Ross McKinnon steering the ship I would have no faith in the company to deliver - what a blessing it is to have Ross on the board..
