And the KSA deal with that signing ceremony, well this update reads as if nothing was actually concrete at that time, and really there was always going to be this very long drafting and approval process. Oh and interesting that the deal involves NSX taking not equity in the JV, rather simply transferring its IP. Interesting indeed, is a company controlled by the former CEO the one taking equity in the JV along with the Saudi interests? I think I recall reading the former CEO was involved in the JV overseas? NSX gets a bit of revenue, and the JV gets a ready made stock exchange with NSX IP, assuming it ever actually happens.
