You've ignored our other posts then. A company trying to survive on acquisitions is a terrible business strategy. Especially if they can't even turn a profit in the first place. An absolute dumpsterfire of a stock and business.
Of all the great opportunities out there in stocks, this one ain't it. And those who are buying in on this stock are mostly traders, bagholders, naive investors and gamblers (as evidenced by the pump and dumpers here)
