    Hi SS,
    I agree that they raised $475k in the SPP but did you note that $90k of that came from the 3 Directors!!
    A huge successful raise $385k or about 21% - it appears that investors are waking up.
    Totally unsuccessful and now they are looking for sophisticated investors to pick up the shortfall - good luck!!
