Any thoughts on when Blackpeak/the strategic review will be completed? In pretty plain english i took the announcement a few months ago as NAM being up for sale.
So ST owns 21% and LD somewhere around 20%, very happy to be corrected. (previously i had it in my head LD owned more)
LD and NAM are already heavily involved via marketing and distribution agreements i understand. LD also being a multi billion $ company.
So would LD want the whole thing or just the ST shareholding? ST are not passive investors as such. They are deep 'cigarette butt end' value style investors who look for a trigger / action moment to crystalize gains, historically.
So do LD just buy the ST stake or take the whole thing....or is there another player out there?
