TAL are in an industry that is as conservative as most of the residents - you just can't force change no matter what you do. The upside of this is once you have locked in a client then it is hard to lose them to a competitor. In the current market environment I am happy that TAL are building cash and growing organically, not spending like crazy chasing growth.
