All good analysis. There is also (nearing $1m) SaaS revenue and growing as its a % of sales repeating every year and R&D revenue of $8m. Although not repeatable I suspect the last two product upgrades are related to this R&D spend. I assume this will repeat also into FY24.
So I am comfortable with adding in $10m pa for these two sources.
That would make FY24 base as $8m + $10m without any new ann.
I read the note regarding receipts received by 20 Oct as a Q4 revenue item so assume lower carry over figure of $8m per @SpecInvestor view #1
