Mayi - I put it as the absolute last option that management have used the Q3 number for contracted backlog whilst giving a 20 October 2023 number for revenue. IMO this would be double counting a material amount of the same sales. I just cannot see management intentionally doing this given the consequences they could face. If this is what has happened, which I do not believe it is, and it was an oversight - I would expect management to very quickly issue an update clarifying. The contracted backlog and revenue are too closely linked to make an error or get creative.
IMO the far more likely scenario is the $29M I mentioned in carrying over contracted backlog is made up of multiple year SAAS subscription services. As a guess I put that number at $6m. The remainder I believe would be multiple < $5M orders.
