Remember our Chairman in all the presentations over recent years
- I lead and don't shy from hard decisions
- Everyone including CEO will be held accountable to KPIs - if they don't deliver action will occur
- I will always be available to shareholders and respond
- I am also accountable
I fear our Chair has gone MIA on all counts
I no longer see our Chair as an asset as despite a lot of words and speeches we see very little if any actions matching same
