Military timeframes we can always expect to be Glacial. For me the bull thesis (from here) remains something like:

Has held on / survived for aaaages without completely dying. Probably can eke out a few more years longer if they have to.
Share price is at or close to rock bottom
Has proven they can sell some stuff kinda consistently
Product is apparently pretty good.
Just needs to sell more stuff.
They're trying to sell more stuff

Therefore If they just sell enough stuff in the next year or so, they can go from survival to recovery and then to growth and then 10 bags + in the following years.

(Or they don't and die slowly. Damn.)
