It’s simple process mate. They’ll send a confirmation of purchase. I believe they use ComputerShare for the registry. Either register yourself or login if you have done so before. Once logged in it should show your holdings and options. From there it’ll be exercise options and Bank Account details to BPH. In the reference I believe you have to use your HIN/SRN number.
HIN/SRN should be located on the confirmation letter in the mail.
