Thats not the case. Receipts from customers are $9.8m - it’s just that some of the receipts are showing under like 1.8 as the Queensland government paid some of the bills for people.
Simplifying it to one energy bill:
If an LPE customer based in QLD had a quarterly bill of $300 in this quarter - $144 of this bill would be payable by the customer and show in receipts from customers, $156 of the bill is being paid by the qld government under their cost of living rebate scheme and shows in line “1.8 Other” receipts.
