Options often are not directly proportional to the SP.
There is often poor liquidity with options,
As in if someone has a large position it can be hard to sell out of,
Without crashing the price or taking days or more to sell.
For example only $7 134.65 of BITOC options were traded Today
Compared to $316 645.89 of BIT Shares
SP and options price doesn't always go in a straight line.
People that purchased options a earlier than a month ago would be in the money.
