Is this correct? We are borrowing multimillions of dollars that are fully secured at circa 12%. We have financially switched directors and yet can’t get lower interest rates?
I think we should vote against all resolutions at the AGM - just to make a point that some long time holders are a little unhappy - I have a few million shares and hope others in this boat may join the throng.
I think a couple of directors do not own shares either - is this correct?
