I doubt that 10% income stream for the boss will work out, more likely to lose the principal when it all goes belly up. The only assets they have is stock (which know one wants) and it’s heading towards its expiration date too!
I can’t see how this company could generate a profit again with that product unless there is another pandemic and everyone forgets that it’s just silane quat and you can get it from dozens of manufacturers including the one these guys get it from.
