Trading Standards UK have investigated and referred them to NZ Commerce Commision, who are currently in the process of prosecuting them. The EPA fined them and a US distributor over $300K for false and misleading claims. They have been investigated and the EPA findings are public record, the NZ CC will probably find much the same.
