I would agree with that it has some foothold in Australia, but none in fast growing Asia, which they have always talked about but never delivered. Their record of bringing R&D to market is abysmal, with no traction that I can see on their nano-filtration membranes which was developed ages ago.

There is fear that in order to break into the consumer market, another CR might be needed. The last time they did a CR, it was a lowball one and the retails weren't even allowed to participate. I feel this is all the past actions of management coming back to bite them.

Let's say De.mem does break even - a fair valuation may be 1x revenue, which is a little below what we are sitting at right now.

They need to shake up management with some vision and a growth mindset! This is the only way to drive some excitement and save the s.p. The current CEO has been in place since 2017 and the share price has dropped from 32 cents to 10 cents over that time, why not try someone with new ideas?
