I was hoping for more from Zameen as well, but like you say ... "The really good thing, FDV has basically recovered entirely from zameen downturn with RoW."
Mena and Asia ex Zameen are standouts and this is important, because it is proof that FDV have a sustainable model that can be applied globally. Take away macro disaster in Pakistan and FDV have really done everything right!
Now why is the SP not moving back to 50c+?
My guess is FDV won't do anything until current bear conditions evaporate.
