i wonder what is going on? Someone started accumulating? Some positive info leaked out?
Another thought, I suppose a takeover is quite possible at these cheap prices. I was just reading an article on Mercado Libre and how successful it has been in Latin America. Buying FDV's LATAM businesses would be small change to them, and would probably make a lot of sense.
