Possibly related to EMPG/Dubizzle's 70% ownership of Zameen?? The IPO plans from late last year have gone quiet. If they list in 2024 it will provide clarity to how the market values Zameen. Or EMPG/Dubizzle looking to acquire the other 30% by a takeover of FDV?? A successful Dubizzle IPO would definitely be a rerating event for FDV.
