- Only $66/- in sales (Other was higher at +88/-). This was despite what seems like a lot of activity in the quarter. Also cost of producing the product was twice what they made for selling it.
- vs $3.3 mil in cash burn
- $6m in the bank so <2 quarters in cash, (cash burn will reduce this quarter with a reduction in one offs).
But what got me writing was that you think the shares are being manipulated lower.
What's your evidence for saying this. You mentioned a while ago that you had seen a recent register. I can guess that shows that someone recently attached to the company has been selling. But that's only a guess. Can you confirm that or as one poster said if it's public info then why not share.
There are no shorts in the stock
To get a stock go down you have to sell the stock. So presumably you must own it first if you're not using shorts. Not enough volume to suggest that they are manipulating intra day trading.
I believe Oncosil has a very good product. Think the opportunity has been mismanaged. Not by Nigel and team but by those who came before. And that's left the company in a hard spot. Think the guys who have convinced Doug and Liberatore to get involved should be highly commended.
But the question is how do they get out of the hole before the cash runs out. The German announcement seems outside the window and who knows the timing of the US FDA announcement. Agree if they can pull this off over the next few months then happy days. With a market cap of $20m EV of $14m and a cash burn of $10m - $12m, with a discount they almost need something like a 1-1 entitlement issue that's underwritten. In this market that's next to impossible in my opinion as it's too small for most instos now. So need HNWs to underwrite.
It's in a difficult spot. They have some good hearted folks behind the scenes toiling away looking for a solution and I genuinely hope they find it. But pumping out conspiracy theories about manipulation and takeovers isn't helping anyone in my opinion.
