I am a shareholder of LDX here in Australia and am seeking some clarification on the recent quarterly report which was released specifically around the US distribution deals (as most seem to be).
The comments around signed contracts with 2 new distributors and another 10 in final negotiations are of particular interest. I am hoping to find out if the new distributors have been announced or not? I would interpret the new distributors are not correlated to existing deals with Henry Schein etc. Is it likely we can expect an announcement soon in respect of these deals or are they subject to confidentiality until all deals are received to ensure maximum benefit to LDX across all contracts?

In relation to the distributors, the ones that have been signed and those that are under final negotiations have not been announced to the market other than through their inclusion in the quarterly updates. There has not been any separate announcements regarding them and they also have not been named. This is consistent with the guidance around materiality that the ASX provides for what should be announced to the market.
Typically, we would not announce the appointment of new distributors. However, I think if there was something signed with one of the larger national US distributors (Henry Schein, McKesson, Cardinal/Fisher etc), that would be something that we would consider sufficiently material to warrant an ASX release.
