It isnt just 10 in the US. Its 12 distributors in total.
All what was announced in the AGM and the 4C are specifically related to the US channel.

The company was talking about signing new deals with the likes of McKesson and Cardinal being a significant material announcement because of the sheer size of those companies. McKesson market cap is $61Billion and Cardinal is $25Billion.
The smaller distributor someone noted on Linkedin isnt worth the announcement to the public as the market cap is only $5Million approx. Its a leg in the door but if you want this to take off, the major players need signing and need announcements.
