Most reasonable people would agree with this sentiment, but the buck has to stop somewhere.

I'd agree with others that IO seems like a genuine down to earth bloke, but it has to be said that the performance of the company under his leadership over the last 12 months has been worthy or criticism.

for example: US utilities have clearly been a big revenue generator for the company, but utility companies get killed when interest rates rise due to their large debt loads. This has been conveyed as 'program delays' which is technically true, however I suspect the utility companies simply aren't paying for 3DPs 'contracted' service at the moment.
