There is a possibility for a big announcement
If that announcement was of such significance that the market min sell price lifted, say 5 cents, then the SSP will be hugely invested.
Just speculation, but I bought my $20,000 worth back via the SSP.
On current sell side listing it would take about 200 mil, or less if the market makers with-hold
