The first QA issue was kept quiet for too long from shareholders and took way too long to resolve. The fact there is a second QA issue so soon after the first is inexcusable.
These single points of failure in the production process are amateurish.
We are paying wages of a fully staffed factory that can't produce batteries because of poor management oversight by highly paid executives.
