Not sure if this is the case but it reads to me like the issue is with an external supplier not able maintain quality and that has been recognised, with a process set in train over 6 months ago to eliminate the need for that supplier. To bring a new process in house where it can be controlled (which is what I would also like to see with the separator too).

But the same glass reinforced HDPE supplier failed to deliver the bulk of the goods within spec, again, it seems after Tims last video from the factory not that long ago. So we have sought out alternative suppliers that are being validated.
