I am now happy again. Fred has been to a big party in China to celebrate demoing the product to important people.
The key statement for me is the expectation of commercial activities commencing in the current quarter as announced to the market 6 months or so ago. Yes frustrating it is taking longer than originally expected but this announcement removes my major concern about the relationship between AKP and EM. Seems both parties are equally frustrated at the apparent lack of progress which is understandable given the complexities of what they are developing and perfecting.
Also once again we see our major shareholder and primary banker loaning yet further funds to AKP. Fred is closer to the action than anyone. Why would he keep putting his own funds at risk if he is not expecting to get his money repaid?
Also why is China investing significant time and resources developing their own "Acoustic Valley" presumably off the back of the AKP project and the massive opportunity they can see for opportunities flowing from commercial activities related to the AKP MEMS.
Yes commercialisation is taking longer than we all thought based on AKP past announcements. I am taking this as a final opportunity to buy a few more shares at what may well prove to be a bargain. Just my opinion. Please do your own research.
