The reality is as @beaches811 said another year gone and no cigar, they cant demonstrate a chip for love nor money, all these patents seem positive but never a mention of AKP involvement, Earth Mountain cant or wont stump up the money and why would they considering the current share price, doesn't seem as if AKP has any bargaining power in this relationship to me.
They raised another 2 million to keep the light on and these sophisticated investors are already under water after one day while shares on issue fully diluted goes to just under 32 million. Next raise in April barring any relevant news at what price?
I will admit we have a couple of more weeks to meet the Nov/Dec timeline but I have no confidence we will receive an early Christmas present.
For what its worth a more realistic timeline if indeed the process continually encounters headwinds would be a more prudent strategy than the never ending "next month"
