Earth Mountain will just string this out until they get the deal they want with AKP which is likely half the rights. When you have someone over a barrel as they do you put the screws to them until they relent. Fred has put the company in an extremely poor position. No use crying over spilt milk if it is not delivered in the next 2 weeks I will just exit as this is looking more like it will never get delivered.
Earth Mountain will just string this out until they get the deal...
