i am taking it that agreement imminent and they didnt want to say anything that might be seen as stepping over the line.

the organic path looks way to painful.
Open to current numbers not representing true ongoing sales rates, and the jump this quarter is encouraging, as someone else pointed out there is still lots of clear air between current revenue and outgoings.
