No doubt they are working on the deal but at the same time senior management will also be already scrambling to raise next lot of funds. The energies are diverted whereas they should be focussing on closing deals. Clients can sense that uncertainty and just delay decisions until they get a clear picture. Difficult period for the management but they are to be blamed to be in this position. Potential clients or competition might start to poach key staff and key staff probably had enough of this uncertainty as well. I think it will be IP sale at some stage to Fuji as they probably do not want the top heavy business. DYOR
