AHF has nearly no debt, so there is no going concern, the farm currently for sale, another farm , dairy cattle and the infant formula plant, total worth $25m sth, 4c per share , which is lower than the net tangible asset of 5.4c per share, imv.
I would rather worry a 3.5c bid coming soon for the company.
