Correct it is cash receipts, however makes you wonder why there is 15M outstanding that hasn't been paid... obviously can't expect zero but 15M is rather substantial being ~6 months overdue according to the cash receipts being ~8M per qtr.
Also didn't include the 10M+ in outstanding debt.
